Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account or accessing NanoAI you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Minimum age & compliance: You must be 16+ (or the age of digital consent in your region) and follow all applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions.

Account accuracy: Provide truthful registration information, keep credentials secure, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Changes to the agreement: We may update these terms to reflect new features or regulations. Material changes will be announced at least seven days in advance.

Using NanoAI

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the services, generate assets, and share them with collaborators inside your workspace.

Beta & experimental tools: Early features may change or end without notice. Provide feedback responsibly and avoid relying on beta models for mission-critical work.

Workspace roles: Owners can invite teammates and manage billing. You are responsible for actions taken under your workspace, including generated content.

Feedback license: If you share ideas or suggestions, you grant NanoAI a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation.

Credits, Billing & Trials

Paid plans unlock higher limits, API access, and commercial licenses. Prices may change, but we will always notify you before a renewal occurs.

Billing cycles: Charges occur in advance for each billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term unless required by law.

Credits & usage: Credits represent GPU time. Expired or unused credits do not roll over unless your contract states otherwise. Free trials may be revoked to prevent abuse.

Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Contact support if NanoAI materially fails to deliver the service you purchased.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

We respect your creativity. You own the inputs and outputs you generate on paid plans, subject to any third-party rights that apply to your prompts or uploads.

Your content: You grant NanoAI a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit your prompts and assets solely to provide the services.

Model safeguards: Do not upload content you lack rights to share. You must clear third-party rights before distributing generated imagery commercially.

NanoAI IP: All platform code, models, copy, and brand assets belong to NanoAI. You may not copy, redistribute, or host the service without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Help keep NanoAI safe for everyone. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or harm our community.

Prohibited content: Do not generate content that is hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal where you operate.

Security restrictions: No reverse engineering, decompiling, or probing vulnerabilities. Automated scraping and excessive API calls are not allowed.

Integrity of the platform: You may not interfere with other users, spam community galleries, or misrepresent NanoAI when reselling services.

Termination, Liability & Disputes

We can suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, or unpaid invoices. You may close your account at any time through workspace settings.

Service availability: NanoAI is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, unless your local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled in San Francisco courts.

Survival: Sections about intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
